- Take wheat flour, coco powder, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt and sieve it. Add custer sugar and mix it..
- Take a bowl. Mix water, coffee, vinegar, oil and vanilla essence and mix it. Then add the flour mixture..
- Now, put butter paper in the mold or grease it with maida. Add the batter in the mold..
- Take pan, add salt and put a stand and pre heat it on high flame by covering it..
- Now put the mold in the pan and let it bake on medium flame for 10 mns. And then, 20-25 mns on slow flame..
- When it's baked, cool it on room temperature for 5-7 mns. Brush the surface with milk for it to be smooth..
- Keep it aside for 15-20 mns and then unmold it. Then cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 1 hr..
- For frosting, mix chocolate and cream. Divide the mixture in two, one for frosting and other one for ganache..
- Add cream in ganache and put it in freeze for 30 mns. Later, beat it till the colour is changed..
- Apply the frosting on the cake and sprinke some coco powder. Then decorate the cake by using ganache through piping bag in whatever design you like..
- Serve it chilled for better taste..
