  1. You need 3/4 cup of Wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Coco powder.

  5. You need 2 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
  6. It's 1/2 cup of Custer sugar.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.

  11. Prepare 3 tsp of flavour oil.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of vanila essence.

  1. Take wheat flour, coco powder, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt and sieve it. Add custer sugar and mix it..
  2. Take a bowl. Mix water, coffee, vinegar, oil and vanilla essence and mix it. Then add the flour mixture..
  3. Now, put butter paper in the mold or grease it with maida. Add the batter in the mold..
  4. Take pan, add salt and put a stand and pre heat it on high flame by covering it..
  5. Now put the mold in the pan and let it bake on medium flame for 10 mns. And then, 20-25 mns on slow flame..
  6. When it's baked, cool it on room temperature for 5-7 mns. Brush the surface with milk for it to be smooth..
  7. Keep it aside for 15-20 mns and then unmold it. Then cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 1 hr..
  8. For frosting, mix chocolate and cream. Divide the mixture in two, one for frosting and other one for ganache..
  9. Add cream in ganache and put it in freeze for 30 mns. Later, beat it till the colour is changed..
  10. Apply the frosting on the cake and sprinke some coco powder. Then decorate the cake by using ganache through piping bag in whatever design you like..
  11. Serve it chilled for better taste..
