- After 45 you can chk it with toothpick if done it then rest it for more 10m.
- Then remove it from stove and put on net rack for set it on room temperature.
- While this time make chocolate ganash take milk heat it then add grated chocolate and cook it low flame.
- Now take sugar syrup or milk pour on cake after that pour chocolate on it and spread it finely.
