- Mix until dough just comes together.
- Turn dough on counter dusted with powdered sugar and gently roll into a 2 by 2 inch log.
- Wrap cookie dough in cling film and allow to firm 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Once dough is firm slice the cookie dough into 3/4 inch rounds.
- Place on baking tray. Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes at 190°C.
