- You need 125 g of soft brown sugar.
- You need 100 g of caster sugar.
- You need 150 g of soft butter.

- Prepare 200 g of dark chocolate - broken into chunks.
- It's 175 g of butter.
- You need 325 g of caster sugar.
- It's 130 g of plain flour.

Gooey Slutty Brownies instructions
- Preheat oven to 170C/325F. Line a 9x9" square tin with baking paper or I just use a silicone mould so you don't need to line it..
- To make the cookie dough: soften the butter and beat with the sugars. Beat in the vanilla, whole egg and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the flour, bicarb and chocolate chips. Spread over the bottom of the lined tin and throw on the marshmallows or whatever you decide to put in between the 2 layers..
- To make the brownie: Heat a saucepan of water and create a bain marie (put a glass bowl in the saucepan, but don't let the water touch the bowl). Melt the butter and dark chocolate and set aside. Put the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl, pour in the chocolate and butter and mix until well combined. Crack in the 3 eggs and stir until smooth. Pour over the cookie base.
- Bake for 30 minutes and leave to cool for atleast an hour before you slice up, otherwise they become a squidgy mess! Enjoy!.
