Ingredients of Chocolate Cake

1. It's 1/2 cup of plain flour (maids}).
2. It's 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
3. You need 2 tbsp of sour curds (khata dahi).
4. It's 1/4 tsp of soda bi-card.
5. You need 1/3 cup of powdered sugar.
6. It's 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.
7. Prepare of butter.

Chocolate Cake step by step

1. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder keep aside.
2. Mix together the curds and soda bi-carb in a bowl and keep aside.
3. Heat 1/4 cup of water in microwave for a minute.
4. Combine sugar, butter and hot water in another bowl and mix well..
5. Add 1 & 2 step mixtures and vanilla essence and mix to make a smooth batter. It should be in dropping consistency.
6. Put the mixture in cake mould greased with butter and maida.
7. Microwave for 4 minutes on high.
8. Remove from microwave, let it be cool and unmould it.
9. Yummy cake is ready.
10. Can be served for evening hunger and tea time snacks.
