1. Pre heat oven.
2. Grease baking pan and set aside.
3. Add flour in a bowl, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
4. Add the vegetable oil to the flour mix, add the two eggs, add sugar and mix using a wooden spatula.
5. Pour the 1cup hot boiling water and mix thoroughly to get a runny cake mix.
