  2. It's 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

  5. You need 60 grams of unsalted Butter at room temperature.
  6. It's 1 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  7. You need 2 pinch of red food colouring gel.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Lemon juice.
  9. It's 1/4 teaspoon of Salt.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  11. Prepare 60 gram of white chocolate chopped in chunks.
  12. It's 1/2 cup of powdered Sugar.

  1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and keep it aside.
  2. Blend sugar and butter in a bowl until light creamy and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and blend until creamy.
  4. Add lemon juice, vanilla extract and red food colouring. blend well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and blend until well combined.
  6. Add chopped white chocolate and fold in gently.
  7. Cover vessel with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  8. Take spoonful of dough and coat it with powdered sugar.
  9. Place them on prepared baking tray and gently flatten it slightly leaving 4-5 cm gap in between the cookies.
  10. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg until they are cracked.
  11. Cool on baking tray for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Cool on wire wrack completely.
