- Prepare 3/4 cup of chocolate White chunks.
- You need 1/2 cup of Butter.
- You need 1/4 cup of Oil.
- You need 3/4 cup of flour Bajra (pearl millet).
- It's 1/4 cup of Wholewheat flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of Sugar – (as my chocolate slabs were sweetened).
- It's 2 of Eggs.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Vanila essence.
- It's 1/4 cup of Dark chocolate shavings.

- Grease and line a sqaure cake tin..
- Melt the white chocolate and butter by double boil method..
- Add oil, vanilla essence, and sugar to this, and mix well..
- Now, separately whisk the eggs lightly..
- Add them to the wet mixture..
- In a bowl, sieve together the bajra flour, wholewheat flour, salt and baking powder..
- Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade..
- Add the flour mixture slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing in between, until well combined..
- Now pour the batter to the prepared tin and tap lightly against the counter..
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings on the top..
- Bake for 20-25 minutes..
