- Prepare 250 gms of Whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 60 gms of Cocoa Powder.

- It's 1 tsp of vanilla essence/extract.
- You need 160 ml of Hot boiling water.
- It's 1 Cup of chopped cadbury Diary milk Chocolate / Dark compound.
- You need 6 tbsp of Fresh Cream.
- It's 2 tbsp of Salted Butter.

- Take a bowl and sieve whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in bowl..
- Now in the dry mix add curd, milk, oil and brown sugar. Mix well..
- Now mix hot boiling water with coffee powder and pour this mix in the batter..
- At last add vanilla essence/extract and mix well, do not over mix..
- Take a baking tray grease with oil and then dust with flour. This way you wont need any parchment or butter paper and cake will come out clean..
- Pour the batter in baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 45 mins or untill skewer comes out clean..
- Once the cake is out of oven let it cool as it is for 2 to 5 mins and then remove the cake from tray and cool it completely on wire rack..
- Once the cake is cooled properly cling wrap it and cool in fridge for at least for 3 hours in freezer..
- After cake is chilled remove the uneven top and divide the cake in two parts..
- Ganache : Melt chocolate on double boiler, then heat fresh cream untill one boil comes and the mix both. At last add 2 tbsp butter for shine..
- Sugar Syrup: 1 glass hot water and 4 tbsp ganache..
- On a cake board keep 1st layer of cake sprinkle sugar syrup and then make a layer of ganache then keep 2nd layer of cake and repeat the same process and cover the sides with ganache too..
- Decorate with some nuts or sprinkles..
