- You need of For Sponge.
- Prepare 150 g of plain flour.
- You need 150 g of icing sugar.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Baking powder.

- You need 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.

Black Forest cake instructions
- For sponge, take a bowl Mix the dry ingredients cocoa powder, plain flour, baking powder.
- Separate egg white and egg yolk, Beat Egg white with the help of beater Until it becomes fluffy then add icing sugar, yolk and Vanilla essence on it, beat it until it becomes mix fully.
- Now add the dry ingredients gradually in it and Mix with the spoon (Don't beat) just mix with the slow hand.
- Bake the method on preheated oven(30 min) for 25 minutes on 180°.
- For Chocolate ganache, mix all the ingredients very well, then heat it on a medium to low flame and stir it continuously until it start to becomes thick, when it start to becomes thick lower the flame.
- For cream, Beat the cream on a chill pot (I used Whipy whip cream it's best) until it becomes thick enough.
- Now cut the sponge from the centre.
- Take lower part, apply Sugar syrup on it, add cream and pineapple on it, and put the upper part of the sponge on it.
- Now apply sugar syrup and cream on it cleanly.
- On the sides apply chocolate ganache, decore the cake by pineapples and cream.
