- You need 5 tsp of powdered Oats.
- It's 4 tbsp of Soya Milk.
- You need 2 tsp of unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
- Prepare 5 tsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cornflour.
- You need 1 tsp of Olive Oil.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
- It's 1 pinch of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Choco Chips(optional).
- Prepare 2 of Walnuts (+1 for Garnishing).
Healthy Instant and No Bake Mini Oats Brownies step by step
- In a pan, stir in Soy milk, unsweetened Cocoa powder, Sugar, Cornflour & a pinch of salt. (I used homemade Soy Milk which can be replaced with any milk)..
- Now cook it on a medium flame. It'll start thickening, so stir continuously..
- Once it becomes dark & shiny, add olive oil and vanilla essence. Mix well. (any oil with neutral flavour can be used here).
- Then add powdered Oats. Cook well while stir continuously. It'll become very thick. Add choco chips (optional) and chopped walnuts..
- Now pour it into the mould or simply in small bowls. Top it with some walnuts & choco chips and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins. Once set, Enjoy!.
