  1. Preheat oven to 350*F / 180*C. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and coat some butter on it..
  2. Take a bowl and sift 1½ cup maida, 2 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt in it. Keep aside..
