- Prepare of Bottom layer- * Vanilla Sponge cake (will post recipe soon, use any cake as base).
- Prepare 2 of nd layer * Chia seeds + coconut milk (soak over night) you can use any other milk /yogurt.
- You need 3 of rd Layer *1 Ripped Avocado + Honey (blended smoothly with little milk).
- Prepare of Top Layer * chopped Papayas,(you can use any other favorite fruit cuts).

- Layer cake or cookies or anything that you like as base to the bottom of the glass.
- Then pour chia seeds (soaked in coconut milk) on the top of base, then pour Avocado milk shake layer..
