Mocha Mousse Brownie step by step

  1. Brownie: •Melt chocolate & butter until smooth. Remove from the heat and add the yolks one at a time, whisking after each addition. •stir in the cocoa powder, coffee & salt •whip the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar until stiff peaks form •Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture •pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20min at 180°C. Then let it cool.
  2. Mocha mousse: whip all the ingredients until stiff peaked form.
  3. Once the cake is cooled, evenly spread or pipe the mocha mousse.
  4. Cool in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.
  5. Now pour or drizzle the ganache over and serve!.
