- You need 175 g of self-raising flour.

- Gather all ingredients.
- Soak lemons in bowl of boiling water to remove wax. Scrub well before grating.
- Add and mix together all cake ingredients.

- Put in oven for 30 mins. Cake is done when knife comes out of it clean. If it's going too brown but not cooked through, wrap tins in aluminium foil and return to oven for 10 - 15mins more..
