- Whisk oil, water, cocoa powder and castor sugar for 2 minutes..
- Add in 4 egg yolks..
- Whip up egg whites till stiff with 1/2 tsp baking powder..
- Fold in egg whites into batter..
- Bake at 180° till done. Cut cake in half (across)..
- Whip up fresh cream till soft peaks form. Sweeten if desired..
- Spread whipped cream between cakes..
- Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted remove from heat and whisk in little Nestle tin cream at a time till desired consistency..note that the more cream you add the thinner the ganache..
