- You need 3 tbsp of castor sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- You need of Chocolate ganache.
- Prepare 1 of slab @cadburysa dairymilk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of whipping cream.
Mocha Mousse Brownie step by step
- Brownie: •Melt chocolate & butter until smooth. Remove from the heat and add the yolks one at a time, whisking after each addition. •stir in the cocoa powder, coffee & salt •whip the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar until stiff peaks form •Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture •pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20min at 180°C. Then let it cool.
- Mocha mousse: whip all the ingredients until stiff peaked form.
- Once the cake is cooled, evenly spread or pipe the mocha mousse.
- Cool in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.
