- Heat oven to 350Β°f/180Β°c. Over simmering water melt milk choc and butter in a bowl slowly.
- In another bowl add sugars then one at a time add eggs until smooth and bubbly. Then add salt and vanilla.
- Sieve in flour and choc powder mix slowly.
- Finally add butter choc mix slowly fold in.
- Oil a brownie tin cover with baking parchment. Pour in batter and tap the tin to release air bubbles.
- Place in oven for 25 -30 mins.
- Allow to cool slightly then slice it up into whatever size u want. Enjoy.
