- You need 115 grams of margarine.
- You need 130 ml of sunflower oil.
- You need 100 grams of castor sugar.
- You need 200 grams of soft brown sugar.
- Prepare 3 of eggs,beaten.
- You need 2 tsp of baking powder.
- It's 130 ml of milk or soya milk.
- It's 350 grams of plain flour.
- It's 4 tbsp of quality cocoa.
- You need 2 1/2 tsp of ground allspice.
- It's 450 grams of zucchini/courgettes,peeled and grated.
- It's 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- It's 225 grams of plain chocolate dots.

- Preheat oven to 190C/375 F/Gas5.Line 23cmx33cm baking tin with non-stick baking paper..
- Cream margarine,oil and sugars together until fluffy,beat in eggs and milk.
- Sift flour,baking powder,allspice and cocoa and gently fold into butter mixture.Stir in grated courgettes,(or you can slice them and use a blender and blend them in)and vanilla essence,spoon into tin and smooth top.Sprinkle the Chocolate dots over top.
- Bake for 35-45 until cake is firm and a knife or skewer comes out clean,cut into squares whilst still warm and then leave to cool.
