Delicious chocolate cake step by step

Preheat oven to 175C and prepare two 8" baking pans.
Sift and combine all dry ingredients except sugar and set aside.
Beat the sugar and oil in the bowl of your mixer on high, adding the eggs one at a time and mixing in the vanilla essence. Do this until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Add the boiling water and mix till just blended. Don't overmix.
Pour batter in the prepared pans and bake till a toothpick inserted in the centre of cake comes out clean, about 30 or so minutes.
Once done allow to cool then frost as desired.
