1. Pre heat your oven to 360 degree. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl, that's the flour, baking powder/soda, sugar, cocoa powder, salt. Add the egg, milk, vanilla, oil, mix for two minutes with a medium speed of mixer. Stir the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into a baking pan.
