Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Sift flour and all dry ingredients in one bowl mix well..
Put all wet ingredients in another bowl and beat until well combined..
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients bowl, whisking till it forms smooth liquidy batter..
Pour in baking tin and bake for 30min (or till toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean). Allow to cool in the tin for 10min then invert for further cooling..
