- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and prepare the cake tin.
- In a mixing bowl add water and jaggery and give it a mix until Jaggery completely dissolve.
- Add half teaspoon of instant coffee powder,oil,vinegar and Vanilla extract to the Jaggery mixture and mix well.the oil and water has to be completely mixed..
- Add whole wheat flour,cocoa powder,baking soda and pinch of salt to a sieve and sieve it to a mixing bowl bowl.
- At the wet ingredients to the dry mixture in small proportion at a time..
- Mix the batter slowly and make sure no lumps in the cake batter.the cake batter has to be thin and not thick.
- Pour the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Once the cake is done transfer it to a wire Rack and let it completely cool.apply sugar syrup over the cake to make it moist.
