1. It's 200 gm of all purpose flour.
2. You need 150 gm of castor sugar.
3. It's 1 of ts baking powder.
4. You need 1 tb of vanilla essence.
5. You need 1 of egg.
6. Prepare 1.5 of ts rose red colour.
7. It's 100 ml of melted butter.
8. You need Handful of Choco chips(optional).

Red Velvet Cookies step by step

1. Combine flour,sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add vanilla, butter and egg. Fold in well.
3. Finally add red colour and Choco chips.mix well.
4. Scoop out portions of the dough and lay them on a baking tray aligned with parchment paper keeping 2 fingers distance between.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until done.
6. Cool and store airtight.
