  1. You need 250 gm of Dark chocolate.
  2. You need 200 ml of Water.
  3. You need 150 gm of Butter.
  4. Prepare 150 gm of Powdered sugar.
  5. It's 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  6. It's 400 gm of Milk/condenced milk.
  7. You need 250 gm of All purpose flour.
  8. It's 2 tsp of Baking powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Baking soda.
  10. Prepare to taste of Cashew nuts.

Eggless Chocolate Brownie step by step

  1. Take a pan add dark chocolate and water and heat untill the chocolate melts. Stir well to get a smooth sauce and keep aside to cool..
  2. In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugar powder and beat well untill smooth and creamy..
  3. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 400 milk/condenced milk and beat again for 3-5 min..
  4. Then add the melted chocolate in it and mix it again..
  5. Now add all purpose flour and baking powder and baking soda and beat it again untill smooth texture..
  6. Pour the batter in to the baking dish and scatter cashew nuts over it..
  7. Preheat the oven 180°c and baked for 25 min..
  8. Sprinkle sugar powder and cut into the proper shape and serve..
