4. Prepare 16 oz of Philidelphia cream cheese.

7. Prepare 250 ml of Sour cream.
8. Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.

Brownie Swirl Cheesecake step by step

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare the Instant Brownie Mix.
3. Beat Philidelphia cream cheese till soft and smooth in seperate bowl.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
5. Mix the remaining ingredients into the cheesecake filling, mix till its even.
6. Pour brownie mix into 9x9 tray, reserve 1cup of mix.
7. Bake for 10mins, then pour in the cheesecake filling followed by the remaining brownie mix.
8. Use a toothpick to make swirl effect mixing the brownie mix and cheesecake filling slightly.
9. Bake for 35-40minutes.
