Brownie's In A Mug. ;). The brownie lacks for structure (no egg) but that's okay because it's contained by the mug. Perfect for topping with a little vanilla ice cream or whipping cream. Satisfy your brownie craving in minutes with this fudgy and delicious Brownie in a Mug. I wanted my brownie to be fudgy, tender, super chocolaty, and it had to be prepared in the actual mug.

To turn it into a brownie, I played around with the ingredient ratios and also added some dutch cocoa to give it that classic brownie flavor.   1. It's 1/4 cup of Flour.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sugar.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Cocoa.
  4. It's 1 pinch of Salt.
  5. It's 1/4 cup of Water.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil.
  7. Prepare 2 of Drops Of Vanilla Extract.
  8. It's 1 of Or 2 small scoops of Ice cream if wanted.

Brownie's In A Mug. ;) step by step

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug (Flour, sugar, cocoa, salt).
  2. Add the Oil, the Water, and Vanilla Extract to the cup and stir until smooth with no lumps..
  3. Place in microwave and start with just 60 seconds and increase until brownie is cooked.
  4. The brownie should be moist when cooked, not dry. Let cool for a minute and serve with ice cream (only if wanted to)..
  5. Finally.. Eat And Enjoy!! ;).

Scrape the batter back into the mug. The brownie is ready when the center is slightly gooey and the edges bounce back when pressed. It's a super quick and easy chocolate fix for any time. Clean the rim a little and microwave with intervals. Intervals are a must for "cake in mug" recipes to avoid hardening and burning in the center.
