Ingredients of Finger Millet-Oats Brownie
- It's 250 gm of yogurt.
- You need 120 gm of whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 25 gm of powdered quick cooking oats.
- You need 30 gm of cocoa powder.
- Prepare 25 of gm. Finger millet/Ragi flour.
- Prepare 1 of ts baking soda.
- It's 3 Tb of vegetable oil.
- You need 150 gm of coconut/palm sugar.
- You need 1 of ts vanila essence.
Finger Millet-Oats Brownie step by step
- Sieve all the dry ingredients, except sugar in a bowl.
- Combine yogurt, sugar,vanila and oil in another bowl and whisk well till sugar dissolves.
- Now add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mix and fold in well.
- Grease a baking dish with a Tb butter /oil.
- Pour in the brownie mix into it and level / flatten the surface.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until done.
- Let cool and take the brownie off on a plate and cut into pieces.
